Targeted Offers

As a client manager onboarded with Kreesalis, you can run Targeted Offer campaigns to target your end customers with specific characteristics as defined, and nudge them through incentivization for sales uplift. You can create a new Targeted Offer campaign by following the below steps (Purchase Frequency type Targeted Offer illustrated):

  1. Navigate to Targeted Offers

Login to the Kreesalis Platform > Click on “Configure” in side navigation menu > Click on “Targeted Offers”

Click on “Configure New Targeted Offer”

  1. Select the Targeted Offer Type:

a) RFM: In case you want to target specific customers basis their recent purchase history

b) Relationship Matrix: When you want to target Champion customers who have done a purchase of a minimum amount or earned a minimum amount in a specific time period

c) Major Life Event: Targeting customers on their special days like Birthday, Marriage Anniversary etc.

d) Seasonal Festival: Targeting specific customers basis their seasonal purchase history

e) Referral: Giving benefits to the referrer and referee

f) Dormant Customer: Targeting customers who have not done any transactions in last few days

g) Cart Based: Giving benefits to the customers who added products to cart but not yet checked out

Detail out the offer related information like Offer name, message, product applicability, Incentive details, and Targeted Offer specific parameter to define the target

Enter details about the customer segment, Geographies, Age range and Levels and Clubs
