Loyalty Points

Loyalty points are semi-currencies which can be accumulated by members of the loyalty program and then redeemed to get discounts/services. These are one of the benefits available to the customer when they redeem the Coupon or Targeted Offer.

It allows customers to accumulate points through sales or activities. Customers earn points on every purchase they make or activity they complete, which can then be redeemed for a reward to encourage them to make a repeat purchase.

Loyalty points can be earned in three ways:

1. On being a part of a Loyalty Program and earning points on every purchase
2. On redeeming coupons which credit absolute points to end customer's account
3. On redeeming coupons which credit points as a percentage of purchase to end customer's account
