These are the admins for the client who actually run the show. They can add more team members, assign permissions, onboard participants, execute campaigns, define configurations and completely control the system.

How client managers are created

Client Managers get the access to the system by either of the two ways:

  1. Kreesalis super-admin enables permission for them
  2. A client manager does a self-onboarding

A client manager, at a high level, has the following charters:

  1. Administrative: Manage account, billing, team
  2. Customer Data Management: Onboard new customers, manage progressive profiling of customers
  3. Product Portfolio: Manage Sales Products Portfolio to enable dynamic product-based offers
  4. Loyalty System management: Create loyalty programs for better customer retention
  5. Offer Management: create different types of offers for end customers
  6. Gift Card management: create and distribute gift cards
  7. Reports and Analytics
