Display Targeted offer API

To know the Targeted offers available for the customer,

  1. Provide user id, product id, and value and get the targeted offers applicable to the user.
  2. You can get the targeted offer details like offer Id, code, Incentive type, Incentive value, Maximum allowed, minimum purchase amount, redemption amount
