Automated Release and Reversal API

his API is used when:

1. As a buyer when I apply the code on eCommerce (or the sales rep applies the code), the code gets validated and blocked. But if payment doesn't happen or I don't check out the order in eCommerce, even though the coupon is blocked, the coupon should automatically get released and reversed after a defined time window (15 mins to begin with).
