Communication API

This api helps in communication and Allow clients to add their own communication channels and emails for end to end communication
-> When scheme id is passed in purchase APIs -> It should assign points

The Clients should be allowed to integrate with email and sms gateways and must be able to send it to their customers configured accordingly
